- Details about the person being supported, where relevant to arranging a visit.
- Messages you send through our forms or by email.
- Basic technical information (browser type, pages viewed) when you use this site.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations or visits.
- To match a suitable companion and keep visits safe and consistent.
- To send service-related messages (e.g. confirming a visit).
- To improve our website and the quality of our service.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest for general enquiries, contract for arranging and delivering services, and consent for optional marketing such as our newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We only share it with people who help us deliver our service (such as our companions, or our secure systems for scheduling and email) and where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to active service are kept for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with insurance and regulatory requirements.
